This tweet is sexist': Kellyanne Conway calls PC police on Wall Street Journal editor

Kellyanne Conway, the architect of Donald Trump's come-from-behind electoral victory, is now calling the PC police on a Wall Street Journal editor over an unfriendly assessment of Carly Fiorina.

She was referring to this Bret Stephens' tweet about Fiorina's visit with Trump today:

Stephens, the Journal's foreign affairs columnist and deputy editorial page editor, was providing a mocking reminder of Fiorina's past with Trump and the moment when she confronted him during a Republican primary debate for mocking her looks. That moment in the debate was one of the few where Trump's opponents got the best of him, but it all seems for naught now that Carly appears to be seeking a position in Trump's Cabinet in such an obsequious fashion.

Stephens responded:

This is exactly what critics of Trump's tactics point to as evidence of the potential abuse of power by him and those close to him. Conway is specifically asking Stevens' superiors at the Journal to look into whether the tweet is "appropriate" — and the threat carries all the power of a person who will have the ear of the president of the United States.
