Drum roll, please: Survey asks millennials if they'd date a Trump supporter or an MS-13 gang member

The Dally Caller did a random survey on the streets of Washington, D.C., last week to ask people if they would rather date a President Donald Trump supporter or an MS-13 gang member.

MS-13 is a notorious gang with members who are known for their heavily-tattooed faces and ruthless acts of violence.

Did the survey go as expected?

Seems like this is a no-brainer. Well, no-brainer is the key word.

The interviewers captured several people saying they’d rather date an MS-13 gang member. Hopefully, some of them were being sarcastic. Others said "neither," when asked which they would choose. A couple of people did not know what MS-13 means.

"Give me the gang member!" a woman shouted.

Another said: "Oh...gang member."

"I'm going to go with MS-13," a man said.

Trump has repeatedly called MS-13 members "violent animals," a fitting label given their list of alleged crimes. He has also used examples of the gang's violence to support the case for having a secure border.

The president was recently blasted in the mainstream media for calling the gang members “animals.” Although Trump was specifically referring to violent criminals, his words were twisted to make it sound like he meant all illegal immigrants.

“I noticed recently where Democrats – Nancy Pelosi as an example – are trying to defend MS-13 gang members,” Trump said at an immigration roundtable in May. “I called them animals the other day and I was met with rebuke.”

He added: “They said, ‘They’re people.’ They’re not people. These are animals. And we have to be very, very tough.”

What are some of the crimes linked to MS-13 gangs?

Here are a few examples of their alleged crimes:

In March, five members of the MS-13 street gang were arrested in connection with 10 murders over the past year in Las Vegas.

In April, a Boston federal jury convicted three members of the MS-13 gang of racketeering and murder.

In May, an MS-13 gang member was arrested for his alleged involvement in the brutal murder of a Texas man.

And in 2017, two gang members allegedly murdered a young woman as a satanic sacrifice.
