'This is inappropriate behavior': 'Creepy' Joe Biden caught on video touching girl, giving her dating advice

A new video of President Joe Biden touching a girl has surfaced. President Biden has made a habit throughout his political career of placing his hands on women. Biden previously promised that he would be "more mindful about respecting personal space" of others.

On Friday, President Biden made an appearance at Irvine Valley College in Irvine, California. Biden spoke to the small crowd about lowering costs for American families with a focus on health care.

Reporter Kalen D’Almeida from TPUSA's Frontlines captured the moment that Biden touched the girl at the community college.

The girl appears to pose for a photo with the president – who is directly behind her. Biden then slides his left hand on her shoulder.

Biden leans in and gives the girl dating advice, "Now, a very important thing I told me daughter and granddaughters – no serious guys until you're 30."

D'Almeida said, "As she looks back appearing uncomfortable, Secret Service appears to stop me from filming it."

There were immediate reactions on Twitter to Biden's "creepy" behavor.

Washington Examiner chief political correspondent Byron York asked, "Why does he do this?"

Radio host Gerry Callahan satirically stated, "So good to have decency and respect back in the White House."

Rep. Anthony Sabatini (R-Fla.) remarked, "VERY late stage Roman Empire."

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-K.Y.) wrote on Twitter, "This is inappropriate behavior. It’s not endearing or charming; it’s creepy. The fact that he’s been using this line for decades while touching girls doesn’t make it OK."

Fox News contributor Lisa Boothe added, "There are way too many videos like this."

There are numerous video clips of Biden inappropriately touching young girls and women in the past.

Biden has previously used the line about "no serious guys" until you're in your thirties numerous times. The progressive media outlet Slate compiled a list of the many times Biden has told young girls to stay away from relationships.

Accusations of inappropriate touching and worse have been levied against Biden in the past.

Tara Reade – the former aide to Biden when he was a senator – has accused him of forcibly kissing her and digitally penetrating her without her consent in 1993. Biden has denied any wrongdoing.

Lucy Flores – a former Democratic Nevada state assemblywoman – claimed that during a 2014 Democratic campaign rally in 2014 that then-Vice President Biden inappropriately toucher her and kissing her on the head, according to the New York Times.

Progressive media outlets Vox and BuzzFeed have pointed out Biden's history of inappropriately touching females. Even liberal NBC News and Time questioned Biden's "inappropriate touching."

The allegations of touching girls and women forced Biden to issue a video statement on the allegations right before he launched his 2020 presidential campaign.

“I shake hands, I hug people, I grab men and women by the shoulders and say, ‘You can do this.’ Whether they are women, men, young, old, it’s the way I’ve always been. It’s the way I show I care about them, that I listen,” Biden said in April 2019. “Social norms have begun to change, they’ve shifted. And the boundaries of protecting personal space have been reset. And I get it. I get it. I hear what they’re saying, I understand it. And I’ll be much more mindful. That’s my responsibility and I’ll meet it.”

Last month, Biden made headlines for a bizarre comment about a 12-year-old girl.

During a speech in Washington, D.C., Biden motioned to someone in the audience.

"But guess what, we got a lot to do. You gotta say hi to me," Biden said in the middle of his speech. "We go back a long way. She was 12, I was 30, but anyway. This woman helped me get an awful lot done, but anyway."
