Melania slaps down critics when asked what is the most difficult about being first lady

This applies to a lot of people

First lady Melania Trump offered a blistering critique of comedians and others when she was asked what was the most difficult thing about being the wife of the president.

The first lady was interviewed Wednesday by Fox News host Sean Hannity on the USS George H.W. Bush as she visited the troops.

"What's been the hardest for you since you become first lady?" Hannity asked. "What's been the hardest thing you have to deal with?"

"I would say the opportunists," the first lady responded, "who are using my name or my family name to advance themselves."

"From comedians," she explained, "to um, journalists, to uh performers, uhm, book writers..."

"Does it hurt," interjected Hannity.

"It doesn't hurt," she responded. "The problem is they're writing the history, and it's not correct."

"Especially the speculation about you and your family and your marriage," he added, "you've addressed that in past interviews."

"Yes, I did," she responded, "and you know, they like to focus on the gossip, and I would like them to focus on the substance, and what we do."

"Not just about nonsense," she concluded.

Here's the video of Melania slamming her critics:

This isn't the first time that the first lady has used her prominent role to hit back at critics of the president and herself. In November, she used a forum on anti-bullying to hit back at critics who mocked her "Be Best" campaign in light of the president's various attacks on social media.
