WATCH: Tony Robbins seen dancing, singing N-word repeatedly in old video presentation

'You are still a slave'

A video obtained and published by BuzzFeed News shows life coach Tony Robbins, who is already embroiled in scandalous allegations, dancing around singing racial slurs during a presentation.

BuzzFeed recently published a damning feature story about Robbins, detailing allegations of sexual harassment from numerous women, and instances of Robbins berating rape victims.

This video features Robbins giving a presentation during the 1980s during which he is explaining to an audience how he dealt with one audience member in a previous presentation who was angered during a racial discussion.

The point of the demonstration was for Robbins to show that black people reacting emotionally to being called the N-word is causing them to be enslaved.

"As long as someone calls you a n***** and gets that kind of response I've seen right now, where you're ready to explode, and what you've done is given that person absolute control of you," Robbins said in the video. "You have no control in your life. You are still a slave."

Then, what appeared to be an attempt to disarm the racial slur of its offensive nature, Robbins told the audience to stand up and imitate him as he danced singing "I'm a n*****, you're a n*****, be a n***** too."

Robbins' attorneys wrote a letter to BuzzFeed in response to the video, which had been posted to YouTube in 2014.

"The excerpts included with your email show only a portion of the presentation Mr. Robbins made to an African-American audience in the 1980s," the letter reads. "The presentation was positive and was accepted in the context in which it was conducted: a passionate discussion about racism and how to rise above it."
