Dem congressman puts on a blond wig to mock President Trump in odd parody roast

What happened?

A Democratic congressman roasted President Donald Trump with a song to the tune of "Guantanamera” at MinnRoast, an annual variety show from a Minnesota newspaper.

How bad is this performance?

Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) sang the song mocking Trump in a bizarre act involving a blond wig and things that sort of rhyme with “Putin.”

Minneapolis City Council Member Jeremiah Ellison accompanied Ellison with drums for the parody song, which also had lyrics about porn star Stormy Daniels and Russian collusion.

Doc’s take:

On today’s show, Doc and Kris could hardly believe what they’re listening to because it was so bad.

“Concept-wise” on a scale of 1 to 10, Doc gave it a 3. As for performance? Doc gave Ellison a 1 simply for showing up and not falling down in the middle of the song.
