Arizona man goes on one date with woman; then she sends him over 150,000 text messages

In a bizarre story out of Phoenix, a man says he went out on a single date with a woman he met on a dating site, only to have her send him a truly mind-boggling number of text messages afterwards.

According to WLWT-TV, the trouble began way back in 2017 when an unidentified Phoenix resident went on a single date with a woman named Jacqueline Ades he met on an online dating site.

The man wasn't interested in a second date, but the woman was slow to get the hint, as she allegedly began sending him an unrelenting flood of thousands of unsolicited text messages.

Things escalated in July 2017 when the man discovered Ades parked outside his home and called the police. Her text message then allegedly changed from relentlessly not getting the point to threatening, including some texts in which she threatened to make, "sushi outta [his] kidneys n chopsticks outta [his] hand bones."

Showing her dedication to using all of the man's human anatomy, Ades at one point allegedly texted him, "I'd wear ur fascia n the top of ur skull n ur hands n feet."

When asked to explain these texts, the woman said, "It's funny."

In 2018 the situation escalated further still when police allegedly discovered Ades inside the man's residence taking a bath while he was out of the country. When police asked her what she was doing there, she said, "I guess that I made up a whole scenario in my head where I live here, so I came here and pretended that's what was happening." Ades also allegedly repeatedly showed up at the man's workplace claiming to be his wife.

Ades pled not guilty to charges of stalking and criminal trespassing. Her trial is set to begin on February 5th.
