Poll shows US pride at record low. Graham Allen reacts: 'Patriotism is not racism or bigotry'
July 05, 2019
'I am blessed to live in this great nation every single day'
In this episode of "Rant Nation," BlazeTV host Graham Allen discussed a recent CNN report that claimed American pride is currently at an "all-time low."
CNN's report is based on a new Gallup Poll in which only 45 percent of U.S. adults polled said they are "extremely proud" to be Americans, marking the lowest point since Gallup first introduced the survey question in 2001.
Graham was not in line with the Gallup Poll findings. "I, Graham Allen, am a proud American," he proclaimed.
"I know that patriotism is not racism or bigotry, it is simply being proud that we live in the greatest country in the world," he said. "I am blessed to live in this great nation every single day. I am honored to walk among people who have fought, bled, and, yes, there are those who have died for our freedoms. America is the greatest country in the world."
