Expert on radical Islam analyzes latest Paris attack

Dan Perkins is a master storyteller and author of "The Brotherhood of the Red Nile" trilogy, which centers around Islamic nuclear terrorism against the United States. He is a nationally recognized expert on radical Islam and contributor to the Daily Caller, Clash Daily, Daily Surge and The Hill.

Today on the "Chris Salcedo Show," Chris Salcedo asked Perkins to give his take on yesterday's terrorist attack in Paris. The author said that the French government has been desperate to keep the Muslim population out of the city center to avoid a drop in tourism. Yesterday's attack was so significant because it was in an area equivalent in the States to Pennsylvania Avenue in fame and meaning, chosen for "max effect," Chris added.

Perkins said the fundamental problem in Europe regarding terrorism is that it required no assimilation of Muslim refugees. Subsequently they have set up enclaves and have "begun to surgically separate the country of France" in an effort to "take over the entire country."

They then turned to the effect this attack may have on the upcoming French election. Marine Le Pen, the candidate from France's Front National party, may receive a boost from French people who admire her refusal to cater to the demands of Islam. Perkins said the French are getting "angrier and angrier" at the constant threat of terrorism, having endured six attacks on the capital in three years.

Chris asked what America can take away from this attack. Perkins replied that Americans need to not be intimidated by people who disagree with them and must never lose their freedom of speech.
