Tucker Carlson finally reveals what Elon Musk told him the day he was fired

When Tucker Carlson was fired from Fox News, the world couldn’t believe it.

Many would argue that his show was the sole reason they tuned in. However, while his show’s cancellation has proven a great loss for the network — it hasn’t been one for Tucker.

And that hasn’t gone unnoticed.

“It’s brave for people to get out of the system,” comedian Theo Von told Tucker Carlson on his podcast “This Past Weekend.”

“Well, I was expelled from the system," Tucker admitted.

On the day he was fired from the network, he received a call from one of modern technology's greatest innovators: Elon Musk.

While Tucker admitted that he’s not great at technology, “on almost a crazy, almost Ted Kaczynski way,” he was grateful to hear from Elon.

Now, Tucker finally revealed what Elon had said to him.

“Elon called me the day my show was canceled, and I was grateful that he did,” Tucker told Theo.

“'I’m going to keep the platform open, and people with differing views, whether you agree with them or not, are welcome on the platform,'” he recalled Elon saying to him.

“That’s the guarantee that I wanted and needed,” Tucker added.
