Kansas gov. candidate who has never held office wants to get rid of 'career politicians
May 17, 2018
Patrick Kucera is a Kansas businessman, a pastor and an entrepreneur who is running for governor. While he's never held public office, Kucera touts that fact as a strength, making his every man campaign a stand against "career politicians."
In his ad, Kucera looks directly at the camera to say, "I'm not your typical candidate. I'm a lot like you."
The gubernatorial candidate joined today's show to talk about the main tenets of his platform:
- Fighting for term limits on politicians
- Protecting life
- Defending the Second Amendment
- Opening up innovation for the state's aviation industry
