Organ harvesters lure people into 'hospitals' to be dissected. OUR is fighting to save them.

A pop-up for organ harvesting where people go in and never come out sounds like the premise of a horror movie, but it's a real-life nightmare for people who are tricked by organ harvesters and brutally murdered.

Operation Underground Railroad has been working to find these "hospitals" and rescue people before they can become organ-harvesting victims. People struggling in poverty are often lured in by the promise of money in exchange for a kidney, only to be strapped to a table where all of their organs are removed without an anesthetic.

"We have confirmed, and we have the evidence," O.U.R. founder Tim Ballard said on today's show. "We've already rescued people from these makeshift organ-harvesting 'hospitals.'"
