A district court judge in Dallas, Texas threw out the defamation lawsuit filed by the family of Ahmed Mohamed, popularly known as "Clock Boy," against Glenn Beck and others. The Texas Anti-SLAPP Law was invoked to dismiss the suit as frivolous, resulting in Mohamed's family having to pay Glenn's court costs and lawyer fees. Pat Gray was inspired by the ruling to write a celebratory parody of "Happy Days are Here Again."
