With all the talk that former Vice President Joe Biden is the leading candidate for the 2020 Democratic nomination to take on President Trump, LevinTV host Mark Levin took time Monday to demonstrate that "Lunch Bucket Joe" Biden is a liar.

And not only a liar, but a punch line, not a serious candidate.
