University of California Berkeley Professor Ronald Rael thinks walls that separate are soooo yesterday. So what does the wave of the future look like? A U.S.-Mexico border fence that brings people together. Though he says having a border fence is an "absurdity" in and of itself, Rael thinks the border should be used to generate solar energy and collect rainwater:
