The Gould city council decided - for reasons they have yet to elaborate on - that they were sick and tired of its 850 citizens talking about Gould. So, what's a wee town council with totalitarian tendencies to do? Easy! Pass a resolution forbidding the discussion of Gould. Anywhere!

Citizens of Gould are forbidden from talking about Gould. Even at the kitchen table. That means a discussion like this would be illegal:

"Mom, the Gould city council lacks the brain wattage of a pretzel."
