Scott Brown missing in anti-bullying ad

Each U.S senator and representative from Massachusetts agreed to appear in an anti-bullying video created as part of the "It Gets Better" campaign. Except Sen. Scott Brown.

The campaign, created by syndicated sex columnist Dan Savage, specifically focuses on bullying of LGBT youth. A spokesman for Brown released the following statement on why Brown declined to participate:

"Scott Brown has a strong record at the state and federal level against bullying and believes that all people regardless of sexual orientation should be treated with dignity and respect."

Familiar faces in the video include Sen. John Kerry and Rep. Barney Frank. Frank is the first openly gay member of Congress.
