Two-time liberal Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich will not challenge President Obama in a primary. That said, the Ohio representative told CNN's Piers Morgan on Tuesday night that Obama should have a challenge and that having one would make him a better candidate -- and president. He said:
"So should President Obama have a challenge? I say he should. I think it would make him a better president if he received a Democratic challenge in the Democratic primary. Will I be that candidate? No."

The former Cleveland mayor and eight-term member of the House of Representatives has been a loud voice for the most liberal faction of the Democratic Party. In June, he sued the White House for unilateral action in Libya without a declaration of war from Congress.
