Obama supporters giggle over notion that jobs bill will be ‘paid for’

Gateway Pundit's Jim Hoft had his ears to the ground this morning as President Obama delivered yet another speech on jobs and his proposed American Jobs Act.  But a curious moment came when the president insisted his bill would be "paid for" and not add to the nation's deficit... the audience laughed.

The White House even recorded the laughter in their transcript:

And the American Jobs Act is not going to add to the debt -- it’s fully paid for. I want to repeat that. It is fully paid for. (Laughter.) It’s not going to add a dime to the deficit. ...

Hilarious, right?

Yeahhhh, I don't get the joke either.

I searched the White House website for an actual copy of the so-called American Jobs Act, but came up short, finding only "highlights" and an "overview"... aka talking points.
