Chatting with the gals on "The View" Tuesday, Herman Cain stood firm on his comment that "African Americans have been brainwashed into not being open-minded." Co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck asked what, then, he'll do about the black voters. He answered:
"You save the saveable. And if they're not saveable because they don't even want to hear the idea about my 9-9-9 plan... I tried to give that to some people and they didn't want it. Because they saw me as a Republican. They saw me as a conservative. I call that being brainwashed. Not being open minded."
