FAA Investigates Porn-Star Who Released Video of Sex While Skydiving

The FAA and local police are investigating a video that went viral but has since been removed from the blog of porn-star and part-time skydiving instructor Alex Torres. KGET reports that the explicit video shows Torres naked, having sexual intercourse with a receptionist from a skydive school "in a plane before jumping out in tandem and continuing the act mid-air." CNN on the story that brings new meaning to the "Mile High Club:"

The incident took place in Kern County, California. MSNBC reports that Skydive Taft owner David Chrouch says he fired Torres and has not yet decided whether to fire the receptionist, Hope Howell, the other party in the video.

Chrouch said Torres filmed and set up the stunt with the hope of catching Howard Stern's attention, reports KGET.

Taft police Lt. Ed Whiting told KGET that no criminal charges are pending. A spokesman with the Federal Aviation Administration says there is no explicit policy on sexual conduct on private planes, however, any activity that could affect a pilot's ability to concentrate on flying or "cause the pilot to be jostled" could constitute a violation of federal aviation regulations.
