Confirmed: Rome rioters on board with Obama jobs plan

According to the AP, violent protests in Rome over the weekend had an interesting target (emphasis mine):

Clad in black with their faces covered, protesters threw rocks, bottles and incendiary devices at banks and Rome police in riot gear. With clubs and hammers, they destroyed bank ATMs, set trash bins on fire and assaulted at least two news crews from Sky Italia.

Here's one of the fire-damaged victims:

Apparently the protesters are on board with President Obama's plan to create jobs -- ditch job-killing automated technology:

“The other thing that happened though, this goes to the point you were just making, is there are some structural issues with our economy where a lot of businesses have learned to become much more efficient with a lot fewer workers,” President Obama said about unemployment. “If you see it when you go to a bank you use the ATM, you don’t go to a bank teller. Or you go to the airport and you use a kiosk instead of checking in at the gate.”

Airport kiosks beware -- the useful idiots may be coming for you next.
