New Hampshire: You’ve got mail, from Bachmann

Most presidential candidates signed the paperwork to be included on the New Hampshire ballot in person. They often pulled out all the bells and whistles. Not Michele Bachmann. She partied like it's 1997 and sent the forms in by mail, according to The Hill.

You can't blame her. Real Clear Politics has averaged Bachmann's poll numbers. She's currently in single digits at 3.5 percent in the state.

And there was also that minor annoyance of Bachmann's entire New Hampshire staff quit with a snippy open letter about the campaign's management style. It's probably not the place to file with fanfare.
