Many of you know that I am an ardent Packers fan. I love them. Breathe them. And around Christmas time, I eat them. (I have yet to own them.) Some of you may wonder, "why?" All sports fans know you can't always explain the love you have for your team, so I can't fully explain it. But intrepid ESPN columnist Rick Reilly got close this week in a wonderful story he told before Monday night's game against the Vikings. I don't want to spoil it for you, but suffice it to say that the Packers are partially great because of the way they inspire their fans. What do I mean? Consider that fans are willing to sit on a season tickets waiting list for over 800 years. Yes, you read that right -- 800 years.
