Herman Cain wants a '9-9-9' day in Washington

Herman Cain's undefinable "Cain Connections" project has released another video. This time he's calling for some type of rally against excessive taxes to take place in Washington, D.C., on April 16.

"It is time to shift power from the IRS back to the people," Cain says. "It is time for 9-9-9."

Earlier this month Cain released an anti-Stimulus video to promote the website SickofStimulus.com. At the time, the site was little more than a place where you can give money to “Cain Solutions” (go figure). I checked back and yeah, that's still what it is.

The new video is lower in production quality, but just as bizarre.
