--Newt Gingrich in Delaware yesterday explaining why his campaign's $500 check to get on the Utah Republican primary ballot bounced. Gingrich went on to say it wasn't "a question of money," but that the check had simply been drawn from an account that had been closed in December. So... what do you call that? And a minor detail: Gingrich's campaign is $4.5 million in debt.
