Real News From The Blaze': President Obama's Passive-Aggressive Deportation Policy

The president’s announcement on Friday that the DHS would no longer seek to deport a section of illegal immigrants is just the latest in a series of moves this administration has made regarding sculpting policy and agenda through selective law enforcement. From DOMA to No Child Left Behind it appears that President Obama has instructed the Federal government to apply enforcement when there is a violation of laws he sees fit, and to ignore the violation of laws he disagrees with. The president has legally defended his actions on immigration by claiming that it is nothing more than a matter of prosecutorial discretion.
