On this morning's "Morning Joe" on MSNBC, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker discussed how things have progressed in his state since the failed attempt to recall him. Walker also commented on Mitt Romney's campaign strategy and insisted that the Romney camp needs to change its game plan.
“I think there’s a lot of caution. I think the mistake that they’ve made is the feeling like it can just be a referendum on the president,” Walker said. "There's got to be something more than that — people don't just vote somebody out, they want to vote somebody in."
