Real News From The Blaze': The Debates Debate

The Commission on Presidential Debates announced their schedule for this year's presidential debates this week, and as was expected by many conservatives, a lineup was named with several moderators recently criticized for hostility towards the Romney administration including, Candy Crowley and Bob Schieffer. The VP debate will be moderated by Martha Raddatz, who has written for The New Republic, a magazine that has called the Ryan pick "lunacy."

On "Real News" Tuesday the panel discussed the uproar that has emerged amongst some conservatives over the debate announcement, and whether this could detract from the effectiveness of the debates as a tool for the American voter?  The panel also discussed what the debate commission could be doing to advance these type of events into the 21st century, and whether Americans place too much importance on the debates?
