Former N.Y Gov. Cuomo: Obama 'never had a job to learn management

In a recent interview with Politico, former New York Gov. Mario Cuomo (D) said President Obama has had a lack of success in Washington because he "never had a job where he managed anything."

“Here’s a guy who has two gifts from God, one his brain and the other his ability to speak to a crowd and move them,” Cuomo said. “But he never had a job where he managed anything, never had to learn management.”

Cuomo said something similar back in 2009.
