Remember this embarrassing press photo snapped during a group shot at the UN's Open Government Partnership forum last year?

Obama's lack of self-awareness was mind-numbing and you would've thought he'd learned not to wave during group photos since it makes you look like a clueless twit.

But no...

He's done it again -- this time, in Cambodia for the ASEAN-U.S. leaders' summit yesterday:
