Former Rep. Gabby Giffords (D-Ariz.) and her husband Mark Kelly have been at the forefront of the call for new gun regulation since she was shot in the head in 2011. Even so, Kelly still shoots a gun recreationally; the same type of gun used on his wife.
On Anderson Cooper 360 Tuesday night, an interview with Giffords and Kelly airs in which CNN's Dana Bash asks Kelly about his continued shooting...
"Really? This guy sort of still gets his kicks-- or recreation for him is shooting a gun after his wife was shot through the head?" Bash says to Kelly.
"Well, Gabby used to like shooting a gun, too, occasionally," Kelly replies.
The interview airs at 8 and 10 p.m. ET. Preview here.
