Hillary Clinton Joins Twitter, Brands Herself 'Hair Icon' and 'Pantsuit Aficionado

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton joined Twitter Monday and after nearly two hours already has more than 90,000 followers.

Here's how Clinton describes herself on the site:

She is currently only following four people -- her husband Bill Clinton, daughter Chelsea Clinton, Clinton Global Initiative and the Clinton Foundation. Her husband issued her a welcome to the Twitterverse:

The tweet is a nod to the two who created the popular Tumblr page called Texts from Hillary, which is where her profile picture -- taken by TIME's by Diana Walker -- was made famous.
