"Should be..."
Joe Biden's ideal pick for the Supreme Court? Janet Napolitano.

The room burst into applause at Biden's statement.
Napolitano's name surfaced as a possible replacement for retired Supreme Court Justices David Souter and John Paul Stevens. President Barack Obama ultimately tapped Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, respectively.
