Men generally do everything they can to appear as macho as possible in front of women. But sometimes things don't go according to plan.

In a video that is now going viral, the guy in New York Jets jersey completely loses it while on the "Spring Shot" ride. As if being caught on camera screaming like a girl wasn't embarrassing enough, the guy's own girlfriend reportedly uploaded the video on YouTube.

"My boyfriend and his brother's girlfriend decided to go on this slingshot ride. Laughs were had by all...except for him," the video's description reads. Watch the video below (Warning: Brief strong language):
