Via The Corner, Democratic Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut wishes to reassure all the doubters out there that the diplomatic flip-flopping over the last few days has all been part of a "creative" plan crafted by the Obama administration.
“I believe in serendipity to a point, but I do believe that the president has been talking to the Russians about this for a number of days, at least,” Murphy told CNN Tuesday. “There’s some pretty smart guys in this administration who I know have been thinking long and hard about every possible way around war.”
