Bill Maher: gov't regulations 'sometimes do chase away business

An argument against excessive government regulation from HBO "Real Time's" Bill Maher:

The LA Times recently reported that, since Los Angeles County mandated condoms in porn, applications for filming permits have dropped 95% (from 480 last November to just 24 a year later). The permits cost $1,000, so the county has probably lost about $450,000. And the porn industry moved to Camarillo. Turns out, when you overregulate, you sometimes do chase away business.
