(UPDATE) Troubled Hollywood Actress Makes Stunning Accusations Against Her Dad in Unrestrained Twitter Rant

"I cannot hear the sound of his incestually charged voice ever again and I'm just being honest."

Update: After waging shocking abuse claims against her father Friday, actress Amanda Bynes tweeted, "My dad never did any of those things. The microchip in my brain made me say those things but he's the one that ordered them to microchip me."

It's no secret that actress Amanda Bynes has had a tremendously tumultuous couple of years.

After a series of incidents that reportedly led to mental health diagnoses and a conservatorship under her parents, Bynes, 28, went silent on social media last year and was said to be seeking treatment and attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Diego, California.

But this week, Bynes is back in the headlines amid allegations that she attempted to shoplift from two New York City stores.

Additionally, her radio silent Twitter account is once again active, with the actress unleashing a rant Friday morning that wages some stunning allegations against her father, Rick Bynes.

Her Twitter tirade began Friday morning by noting that she's on the cover of every magazine, insisting that she's not crazy, claiming that she needs "facial surgery" — and announcing that she has fallen in love.

Then, Bynes proceeded to make claims against her father.

"My dad was verbally and physically abuse to me as a child," she wrote. "He called me ugly as a child and then asked me if I wanted to have sex with him and i did not know how to respond and I said no … My dad fondled himself in front of me so many times that I started recording him on my phone in hopes of catching him."

It's unclear what led Bynes to send these messages, but they were unleashed the same day that a video emerged of her seemingly "odd" behavior in a New York City store earlier this week.

With her parents' conservatorship reportedly ending, it's unclear what will happen next, but an attorney for the Bynes family said that there is immense concern over the actress' well-being. Bynes was also arrested last month for an alleged DUI, according to ABC News.
