Take a Look at How Raul Castro Reacts When CNN Reporter Asks Him About Political Prisoners

“What did you say about political prisoners?"

Cuban President Raul Castro denied having political prisoners at a Monday news conference with President Barack Obama.

"Please sir, why do you have Cuban political prisoners? And why don’t you release them?” CNN reporter Jim Acosta, who is of cuban descent, asked Castro.

After Obama offered some comments, it was Castro's turn to respond. The Cuban president was visibly upset.

“You talked about political prisoners,” Castro said. “What did you say about political prisoners? Can you repeat that question about political prisoners? Did you ask if we had political prisoners? Did you ask if we had political prisoners?"

"I wanted to know why you have Cuban political prisoners and why you don't release them," Acosta pressed.

"Give me a list of the political prisoners and I will release them immediately. Just mention the list. What political prisoners? Give me a name, or names. Or when after this meeting is over, you can give me a list of political prisoners. And if we have those political prisoners, they will be released before tonight ends.”

More than 50 dissidents and protesters were arrested by the Cuban government Sunday just a few hours before Obama stepped foot on Cuban soil for his historic visit.
