Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, took to Twitter to criticize Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump for asking the mother of a crying baby to leave a campaign rally Tuesday.
And they were promptly excoriated on social media:

WOW. That is an almost shocking lack of self-awareness. https://t.co/lMhc16lv8b— Amanda (@RightlyStubborn) August 2, 2016
Don't you mean fetuses? https://t.co/DfjjeWXjHE— Elizabeth Harrington (@LizWFB) August 2, 2016
I'm not against Planned Parenthood but this tweet wins the award for Most Staggering Lack of Self Awareness. https://t.co/V1jHhz416M— Dave Rubin (@RubinReport) August 2, 2016

At least they leave his rallies alive. They never leave your clinics alive, do they? https://t.co/FlFpBBRwWt— Dana Loesch (@DLoesch) August 2, 2016
Wait, doesn't he have a choice if he doesn't want the baby? https://t.co/GNvUj7ADOY— Dan McLaughlin (@baseballcrank)August 2, 2016

At his rally in Ashburn, Virginia, Tuesday, Trump encouraged the mother of a crying baby not to “worry" about taking her crying child outside before telling her, “Actually, I was only kidding, you can get the baby out of here,” a moment later.
Planned Parenthood Action Fund has endorsed Trump's rival, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary
Clinton, and is campaigning on her behalf.
