Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro ripped into the cast of the hit musical "Hamilton" during her show's opening statements on Saturday for their "inappropriate and disgusting" comments directed toward Vice President-elect Mike Pence on Friday.
Pence, who attended the play with his daughter, nieces and nephew, was booed by the crowd when he entered the play hall. And once the play was over, the musical's leading actor directed a short statement toward Pence, who was kind enough to stop and listen.
"It was both outrageous and embarrassing," Pirro said of the lecture the actor gave Pence.
"What happened in that theater, one block from here, was out and out reverse racism, and tee'd up hate for a man who has done nothing to deserve this inappropriate and disgusting behavior by those who take it upon themselves to use what was suppose to be a night of art and recreation and appreciation for our American history as a political bully pulpit," she added.
Pirro went on to note that Democrats Hillary Clinton and Sen. Bernie Sanders (Vt.) weren't given the same treatment that Pence was when they attended the play.
"Last night violates everything you say you stand for," Pirro exclaimed. "That big tent, inclusive broad-minded acceptance of everyone, even people who don't look or act like you. What happened to your old 'love trumps hate' line? You're all damn hypocrites!"
The Fox News host went on to explain that President-elect Donald Trump and Pence defeated Clinton and the Democrats because "forgotten Americans" voted against liberal policies and progressive culture.
