Nancy Pelosi harassed by protesters after calling for 'collateral damage' against Republicans

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi appeared stunned by loud protesters who yelled and cursed at her as she entered into a restaurant in Miami, Floria.

"You don’t belong here you f**king communist!”

“F***ing communist! You don’t belong here you f***king communist!" yelled the protesters. "Get the f**k out of here! Get the f**k out of here! F**k you and your f**king Democrats!”

They also pounded on the door and chanted "communism sucks!" after Pelosi was able to quickly enter the restaurant.

Pelosi had been criticized for what sounded like encouragement for Democrats to attack and harass Republicans when she said in a speech Sunday that "collateral damage" against those who disagree with them is acceptable.

“If there’s some collateral damage for some others who do not share our view, well, so be it," Pelosi said.

“This is wrong"

Senator Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) reacted strongly against the harassment of Pelosi, but blamed the media for not reporting how some Democrats had encouraged the harassment.

"This is wrong," he tweeted. "It should not happen — to Rs or Ds."

"And it would be useful if more journalists reported that some House and Senate Democrats have been repeatedly urging the public to do this to Republicans," he added.
