After the New England Patriots won yet again on Sunday, Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) took to Twitter to ask if the six-time Super Bowl champions should be taxed at 70 percent "so that NFL competition is more fair and equal."

Apparently missing the point of Crenshaw's joke, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) jumped to defend her proposed tax policy by citing "the average NFL salary." She even threw in a reference to Colin Kaepernick just to show how unfair this country can be.
