What’s next for the investigation into Russia’s influence on the election? Bill O’Reilly joined Friday’s “The Glenn Beck Radio Program” to talk about President Donald Trump, the administration’s damage control efforts and media bias.
It’s reasonable for the president to ask administration officials to go on the record and say the FBI investigation into Russia’s influence on the 2016 election hasn’t implicated him, O’Reilly asserted.
Glenn Beck agreed that getting to the truth was important. “The country can’t take a long-drawn-out scandal,” he said.
O’Reilly analyzed Trump’s communications team and whether or not they’re doing a good job giving information to the American people in a time when the press has an antagonistic relationship with the White House. “[Sean Spicer] is clearly not effective doing that,” he said of the White House press secretary. He reminded the audience that it’s important to remain critical of Trump while not following the media’s example of demonizing everything he does.
