Dr. Herb London: Aleppo proves America has become 'irrelevant' on the geopolitical stage

Frequent New York Time columnist Dr. Herb London joins Chris Salcedo to talk about the genocide on the streets of Aleppo and how the United States is doing very little to help due to an anti-missile and radar system installed in Syria by the Russians."It's quite humiliating to the Air Force, as it demonstrates that we've done very little in the way of military innovation in the last eight years," Herb says.

Herb believes another important obstacle to U.S. involvement is the unofficial agreement the Turks and Russians have struck, whereby the Turks have permission to kill the Kurds and the Russians have permission to kill the rebels.

"The other part of this equation which is very interesting is that Turkey, Russia, Iran, ISIS — all players in Syria. But where is the United States?" Herb exclaims. "(Turkish President Recep) Erdoğan answered this question very effectively. He said the United States is irrelevant. ... It demonstrates an awful lot about what's happened to the American foreign policy — or the lack thereof."
