Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) is one to watch because of his emphasis on values and his potential to reach people on both sides of the aisle, Glenn Beck said on Thursday’s “The Glenn Beck Radio Program.”
Glenn shared his thoughts on Sasse’s book, “The Vanishing American Adult: Our Coming-of-Age Crisis--and How to Rebuild a Culture of Self-Reliance.” Instead of writing another policy tome, Sasse wrote a guide to raising the next generation with solutions for teaching kids self-reliance and giving them the tools they need to be successful.
“That guy is positioning himself to be a guy that could be trusted for both sides,” Glenn said.
Stu Burguiere noted that Sasse’s Twitter game is also winning him supporters: “He’s funny, he’s engaging.”
