Rabbi Lapin: Humans were created to fear change -- get over it!

This week in my main podcast, I speak about change.  I explain that just as we humans fear change, we also possess the ability to revel in change, overcome it, and triumph over it.  Whether you are an employee, an entrepreneur, a homemaker, or an executive, your life is subject to change.  Don’t be like the folks at Sears, Macy’s, Radio Shack & others who should have known better but didn’t adapt to change (called eCommerce) until it was, in some cases, too late.
