Did the United States negotiate with the TALIBAN to send humanitarian aid to Afghanistan?

The Associated Press reported Sunday, that according to the Taliban, "The U.S. has agreed to provide humanitarian aid to a desperately poor Afghanistan on the brink of an economic disaster, while refusing to give political recognition to the country's new Taliban rulers."

In this clip, "Pat Gray Unleashed" host Pat Gray covered this story on his morning show on BlazeTV. Pat questioned any decision to potentially send aid to an economically depleted Afghanistan.

"There is no way that the Taliban is going to be providing anything we give them to the Afghan people," Pat said. He later added that this is the kind of stupid thing we do and we never learn from it?
