No, Fairfax and Kavanaugh are not morally equivalent

Do not let the Dems off the hook because the two cases seem similar

On Tuesday's episode of the "The Steve Deace Show," host Steve Deace highlighted the stark differences between two scandals: Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh vs. his accuser Christine Blasey Ford; and Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax vs. his accuser Vanessa Tyson.

In this clip, Deace reminded viewers that the Senate Judiciary Committee was unable to establish a prior relationship between Kavanaugh and Blasey Ford. Conversely, Fairfax and Tyson agreed that a relationship did exist.

Since going public with her allegations, Tyson has hired the same legal representation used by Blasey Ford, and Fairfax has retained the same legal representation as Kavanaugh.

Deace encouraged his audience not to lose sight of the fact that the two cases are just not moral equivalents.
