Here's how this entrepreneur used shotgun shells to create a better lip balm

Wayne Forrey loves hiking and being outside. In 1983, he paid the price for his passion for the outdoors when he was diagnosed with lip cancer and had to undergo lip surgery and reconstruction.

Today, Forrey is the founder and owner of Balmshot. He was inspired to create a better lip balm dispenser when his reconstructed lips continually needed moisture but industry-standard lip balm kept getting smashed into the dispenser's cap. With the help of a shotgun shell, Forrey created a dispenser that keeps lip balm secure until you need it.
